From playing house to selling homes...that's where it all began. Janet Giles remembers trying to sell her first home when she was 11. "My dad said we could buy the house I found if it didn't cost over $12,000, but my mother says that I started playing Realtor when I was 3 by calling my aunt to go see her new house." Now, after 30 years of helping buyers and sellers fulfill their dream of homeownership and successfully handling over $250M in career sales, she still loves what she does! In 2000, Janet joined the 'discount market' trying to carve a "niche" between the "for sale by owner" seller and the sellers wanting full REALTORŪ service but not wanting to pay the more traditional fees associated with selling their home.

Judy Adamson and Elizabeth Cottler joined her in 2002, and in 2003, Clark Giles decided to keep real estate sales in the family. In 2007 we joined with another Homechoice office to be able to market to a larger area. John Slimak has several agents in his group and we all work together to continue offering reduced fees. We promise to give you traditional service at non-traditional costs. Although our main location is in Castleton, we serve all of greater Indianapolis and surround areas because of our unique listing program. More than half of our agents have a broker's license and several are experienced mortgage originators too.

Janet has been a broker in Indiana since 1974 and for several years in Ohio and Florida and is an ePro certified agent.     Most of our agents work from their home office as the Internet has allowed us to change from a traditional office to a more convenient home surroundings. However, our office is conveniently located in Castleton and close to 465 which makes it convenient to quickly travel to any side of town.
