Our user-friendly website allows a buyer to search for homes and save favorite homes and create searches that are automatically emailed to the Buyer when a new listing appears that meets the search criteria. You will also be informed when a property on your Favorites list has a price change or an open house

We never charge a transaction fee at closing. We have found that many offices are now charging a transaction fee or technology fee as high as $250 to the buyer…not us
