I provide full real estate services to both buyers and sellers for less. As your agent, I will do all the paperwork including negotiating your purchase agreement, counters, inspection responses & more and I’ll be right there at closing with you!
Centralized Showing Service sets your appointments which means that I can spend my time marketing and helping buyers and sellers instead of being on call 24/7 to set showings on your property. CSS is open from 8a.m. to 8p.m. and is becoming standard in the industry as a convenience to both agent and homeowner. Their website then obtains feedback and you can even be updated directly on the showings and feedback right online. I’ll set that access up for you when you sign the listing agreement and give you your personal password.
My attractive yard sign and secure lock box will be placed at your home and your listing is an Exclusive Right to Sell listing.
FSBOs Can Get a Good Deal Too. If you’ve already found a buyer but just need someone to do the paperwork, give us a call and we’ll handle your home sale at a reasonable flat fee.
